Over a century of existence, the company has built a solid brand in the input segment for the food and beverage industry.
Besides serving the national market, it exports its products to several countries.
At the beginning of the last century, Luiz Veronese, the son of Italian immigrants living in the south of the country (Brazil), endeavored to improve wine quality, already the main product of the region, through studies to improve winemaking techniques using chemical agents. He also realized that he could produce inputs for the food and beverage industry using the tartaric matter resulting from the winery process.
In 1910, he traveled to Italy, where he acquired laboratory equipment and materials, as well as many Chemistry Treaties. It would now be possible to manufacture those inputs from tartaric matter. In 1911, he founded the VERONESE company. All the products now produced by Veronese Produtos Químicos had at first the same goal: the improvement of the quality of Brazilian wines. With the economic and industrial development of the country, other market segments and applications gradually came up.
Currently the company serves a large number of industrial segments, predominantly for the supply of inputs to the food and to both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries in Brazil and abroad.
